    Open the file. If Windows shows a publisher or security warning that does not match DCX guidance, stop.

  3. 3

    Read the displayed ID and one-time password to your assigned technician, then approve the connection.

When finished

End the session visibly.

Close DCX Remote when the technician confirms work is complete. Do not enable permanent or unattended access for a Quick Support session.
